May - September: € 975 a week 

October - April: € 750 a week

Minimum stay: May to September: 2 weeks.

Includes: gas, water and electricity and use of the linen.

Additional: Final cleaning: up to 4 people € 80, for each additional person € 10.

Charity support: 10% of the rental income will be donated to education projects in Guatemala through www.kinderprojectenguatemala.nl.
